Seems like you should be able to do it with a controller somehow, but I don't see a way to do that either. So I tried binding the exit dialogue key to something random (for example the "L" key, or the period key), and those didn't work to exit the cutscene either. On PC, there are theoretically controls to advance dialogue (default left mouse, right mouse, space key, and return key), and to exit dialogue (default escape key).
